Definition
যে পদার্থে গাঁজন (কিণ্বন) প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হয়েছে, বিশেষত মদ/সুরা বা গাঁজানো দ্রবণ—তাকে ‘কিণ্বিত’ বলা হয়
That which has undergone fermentation (the process of fermenting), especially alcoholic liquor or a fermented solution, is called ‘কিণ্বিত’
