যে সম্পর্ক বা পরম্পরায় একজন গুরু (আধ্যাত্মিক/বিদ্যাগত পথপ্রদর্শক) ও একজন শিষ্য (শিক্ষার্থী/অনুগামী) জ্ঞান, অনুশাসন ও সাধনার মাধ্যমে যুক্ত থাকেন; কখনও গুরু-শিষ্য দু’জনকে একত্রেও বোঝায়
