যে মতবাদে বা চিন্তাধারায় গুরু/আচার্যের মর্যাদা, কর্তৃত্ব ও নির্দেশকে সর্বাধিক গুরুত্ব দিয়ে শিষ্য বা অনুসারীরা তা মান্য করে—তাকে গুরুবাদ বলা হয়
