Definition
If someone or an act is unpunishable, punishment cannot be imposed or enforced, either because there is no law against it, the person has immunity, evidence is lacking, or the system cannot reach them.
यदि कोई व्यक्ति या कृत्य unpunishable है, तो उसे दंडित करना संभव नहीं होता—क्योंकि उसके विरुद्ध कानून नहीं है, व्यक्ति को प्रतिरक्षा/छूट है, प्रमाण अपर्याप्त हैं, या व्यवस्था उस तक पहुँच नहीं पाती।
