Describes actions, habits, thoughts, or choices that end up harming the person who does them, physically, emotionally, socially, or by damaging their long-term goals and interests.
ऐसे कार्य, आदतें, विचार या निर्णय जो करने वाले व्यक्ति को ही शारीरिक, भावनात्मक, सामाजिक रूप से नुकसान पहुँचाएँ या उसके दीर्घकालिक हितों/लक्ष्यों को बिगाड़ दें।
