Definition
A rodent is a small to medium-sized mammal with a single pair of continuously growing front teeth (incisors) used for gnawing; many rodents live near humans and some can be pests or disease carriers.
कृंतक (रोडेंट) छोटे से मध्यम आकार के स्तनधारी होते हैं जिनके आगे के दाँत (कृन्तक/इंसाइज़र) लगातार बढ़ते रहते हैं और वे उनसे कुतरते हैं; कई कृंतक मनुष्यों के आसपास रहते हैं और कुछ कीट या रोग फैलाने वाले हो सकते हैं।
