'rare' का तुलनात्मक रूप; 'rare' पुरानी फ़्रेंच 'rare' के माध्यम से लैटिन 'rarus' (अर्थ: पतला/विरल; असामान्य) से आया है।
Definition
Used to compare two things and show that one is less common or more unusual than the other; it can also mean meat cooked less (closer to raw).
