Rag-bailing is the industrial or commercial practice of gathering discarded cloth/rags and pressing them into tightly bound bales so they can be handled, shipped, and recycled efficiently.
रैग-बेलिंग (rag-bailing) वह औद्योगिक/व्यावसायिक प्रक्रिया है जिसमें फेंड़े हुए कपड़े/चिथड़े इकट्ठा करके उन्हें दबाकर कसकर बंधे हुए गट्ठों (बेल्स) में बनाया जाता है, ताकि उन्हें आसानी से संभाला, ढोया और पुनर्चक्रण के लिए भेजा जा सके।
