Describes something that is like powder in texture (fine, dry, and easily crumbled) or something coated with a layer of fine powder/dust, e.g., powdery sugar, powdery snow, a powdery surface.
किसी चीज़ का ऐसा होना जिसका बनावट पाउडर जैसी हो (बारीक, सूखी और आसानी से बिखरने वाली) या जिसके ऊपर बारीक पाउडर/धूल की परत हो, जैसे पिसी हुई चीनी, बर्फ़ का पाउडर जैसा रूप, या पाउडर-सी सतह।
