Definition
Plasterboard is a factory-made panel of gypsum plaster sandwiched between paper liners, commonly fixed to studs or masonry to form smooth interior walls and ceilings; also called drywall/gypsum board.
प्लास्टरबोर्ड जिप्सम (खड़िया) प्लास्टर की परत को कागज़ की दो परतों के बीच दबाकर बनाया गया फैक्टरी-निर्मित पैनल होता है, जिसे अंदरूनी दीवारों और छतों पर चिकनी सतह बनाने के लिए ढाँचे (स्टड) या ईंट/कंक्रीट की दीवार पर लगाया जाता है; इसे ड्रायवॉल/जिप्सम बोर्ड भी कहते हैं।
