From Old English ōþer (“other, second”), from Proto-Germanic *anþeraz (“other, second”), related to German ander and Dutch ander.

Definition
Used to refer to a different person or thing from one already mentioned, or to indicate an additional/alternative option; also used in the phrase “each other/one another” to mean mutual relation.
'other' का प्रयोग पहले से उल्लिखित व्यक्ति/वस्तु से अलग किसी व्यक्ति/वस्तु के लिए, या किसी अतिरिक्त/वैकल्पिक विकल्प को बताने के लिए किया जाता है; “each other/one another” में पारस्परिक संबंध (एक-दूसरे) के अर्थ में भी आता है।
