In law and contracts, an obligee is the person/entity that has the right to receive performance (payment, service, or fulfillment of a duty) from the obligor.
क़ानून और अनुबंधों में, ‘obligee’ वह व्यक्ति/संस्था होती है जिसे ‘obligor’ से किसी दायित्व का पालन (भुगतान, सेवा, या कर्तव्य-पूर्ति) प्राप्त करने का अधिकार होता है।
