Definition
An oast is a type of kiln or drying building where crops such as hops (most commonly), malt, or tobacco are dried before further processing, especially in brewing.
ओस्ट एक प्रकार का भट्ठा/सुखाने वाला भवन है जिसमें हॉप्स (सबसे अधिक), माल्ट या तंबाकू जैसी फसलों को आगे की प्रक्रिया (विशेषकर बियर बनाने) से पहले सुखाया जाता है।
