Formed in modern scientific/medical English from non- (“not”) + focal (“having a focus”, from Latin focus “hearth, fireplace”).
आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक/चिकित्सीय अंग्रेज़ी में non- (अर्थ: “नहीं”) + focal (अर्थ: “फोकस/केंद्र वाला”, लैटिन focus “चूल्हा/अग्निकुंड” से) के संयोजन से बना।
Definition
Not focal: not centered on a particular point or not confined to a single, clearly defined focus (often used in medical imaging or pathology to describe changes that are diffuse or scattered).
नॉनफोकल: किसी एक निश्चित बिंदु/केंद्र पर केंद्रित नहीं; विशेषकर चिकित्सा/रेडियोलॉजी में ऐसा परिवर्तन जो किसी एक स्थान तक सीमित न होकर फैला हुआ या बिखरा हुआ हो।
