Formed in Modern English from the prefix non- ('not') + enforceable ('capable of being enforced'), from enforce (Old French enforcier, ultimately from Latin fortis 'strong').
आधुनिक अंग्रेज़ी में non- ('नहीं') + enforceable ('लागू/प्रवर्तित किया जा सकने वाला') से बना; enforce (पुरानी फ़्रांसीसी enforcier, और आगे चलकर लैटिन fortis 'मज़बूत/बलवान' से संबंधित) से।
Definition
Something described as nonenforceable cannot be made to happen through legal power (for example, a court cannot require compliance), often because it is invalid, too vague, against public policy, or missing required legal elements.
