Describing land, a plan, or a resource that cannot realistically be developed or improved for use (e.g., due to legal restrictions, terrain, costs, or environmental limits); in geometry, describing a surface that cannot be flattened onto a plane without stretching or tearing.
ऐसी भूमि, योजना या संसाधन का वर्णन जो व्यावहारिक रूप से विकसित/उन्नत करके उपयोग में नहीं लाया जा सकता (जैसे कानूनी प्रतिबंध, भू-आकृति, लागत या पर्यावरणीय सीमाओं के कारण); ज्यामिति में ऐसी सतह जो बिना खींचे या फाड़े समतल पर “बिछाई” नहीं जा सकती।
