Definition
Nonabsorbent describes a material or surface that does not take in (soak up) water, oil, or other liquids, so spills stay on the surface rather than being absorbed.
नॉनएब्ज़ॉर्बेंट (अवशोषण-रहित) ऐसे पदार्थ या सतह को कहते हैं जो पानी, तेल या अन्य तरल को अपने भीतर नहीं सोखता; इसलिए गिरा हुआ तरल सतह पर ही रहता है, भीतर नहीं समाता।
