Definition
A needlefish is a fast-swimming, surface-dwelling sea fish with an elongated body and long, narrow jaws filled with sharp teeth; it often hunts small fish and can sometimes leap out of the water.
नीडलफिश एक तेज़ तैरने वाली, समुद्र की सतह के पास रहने वाली मछली है जिसका शरीर लंबा और पतला होता है तथा इसके लंबे, संकरे जबड़ों में तेज़ दाँत होते हैं; यह अक्सर छोटी मछलियों का शिकार करती है और कभी-कभी पानी से बाहर छलांग भी लगा सकती है।
