Definition
Muriform means wall- or brick-like in appearance; especially (in fungi and lichens) it describes a spore that is partitioned by both crosswise (transverse) and lengthwise (longitudinal) septa, forming many small cells like a brick wall.
म्यूरिफ़ॉर्म का अर्थ दीवार या ईंटों जैसे पैटर्न वाला होता है; विशेषकर कवक-विज्ञान/लाइकेन-विज्ञान में यह ऐसे बीजाणु के लिए कहा जाता है जो आड़ी (ट्रांसवर्स) और लंबी (लॉन्गिट्यूडिनल) दोनों प्रकार की सेप्टा/विभाजन-रेखाओं से कई छोटे कक्षों में बँटा हो, ठीक ईंटों की दीवार जैसा।
