Definition
Used chiefly in mathematics and grammar. In math, it describes something connected with multiplying or a property/function that behaves well with multiplication (e.g., f(ab)=f(a)f(b)). In Finnish grammar, it can name an adverbial case called the multiplicative.
इसका प्रयोग मुख्यतः गणित और व्याकरण में होता है। गणित में यह गुणा से संबंधित या ऐसी विशेषता/फलन के लिए होता है जो गुणा के साथ संगत हो (जैसे f(ab)=f(a)f(b))। फ़िनिश व्याकरण में यह ‘multiplicative’ नामक क्रियाविशेषणीय विभक्ति (case) को भी दर्शा सकता है।
