Mowra (also spelled mahua) refers to an Indian tree whose flowers are collected, dried, and used to make sweets, porridge-like foods, and a traditional fermented liquor; its seeds also yield an oil used for cooking and soap-making in some regions.
माउरा (जिसे महुआ भी लिखा जाता है) एक भारतीय वृक्ष को कहते हैं जिसके मीठे, सुगंधित फूल इकट्ठे करके सुखाए जाते हैं और मिठाइयों, भोजन तथा पारंपरिक किण्वित मदिरा बनाने में उपयोग होते हैं; इसके बीजों से तेल भी निकलता है, जिसे कुछ क्षेत्रों में पकाने और साबुन बनाने में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
