mal- (अर्थ: ‘बुरा/गलत’) + administer से बना, ‘maladministration’ के ढांचे पर; मूल रूप से लैटिन malus (‘बुरा’) + administrare (‘प्रबंधन/सेवा करना’) से।
Definition
To handle the management of an organization, estate, funds, or public affairs in a wrong, negligent, corrupt, or inefficient way, leading to harm or disorder.
