Definition
A maimer is someone who intentionally or violently injures another person so that they are left with a lasting impairment (for example, loss of a limb, reduced mobility, or disfigurement).
"Maimer" वह व्यक्ति होता है जो किसी को जानबूझकर या हिंसक तरीके से इतना घायल करता है कि स्थायी अपंगता हो जाए (जैसे अंग-भंग, चलने-फिरने में कमी, या विकृति)।
