From Latin libratio (“a balancing, a weighing”), from librare (“to balance”), from libra (“balance, scales”).
लैटिन libratio (“संतुलन/तोलना”) से, जो librare (“संतुलित करना”) से और वह libra (“तराजू/संतुलन”) से निकला है।
Definition
Libration is a gentle, periodic oscillation or rocking motion; in astronomy it refers to the apparent “wobbling” that lets us see slightly more than half of the Moon’s surface over time.
लिब्रेशन एक हल्की, आवर्ती दोलन/झूलने जैसी गति है; खगोल-विज्ञान में यह चंद्रमा के दिखाई देने वाले “डगमगाने” को कहते हैं, जिसके कारण समय के साथ हम चंद्रमा की सतह का आधे से थोड़ा अधिक भाग देख पाते हैं।
