From Latin “labyrinthus” and Greek “labýrinthos,” originally referring to the Cretan maze of myth; later broadened to mean any intricate maze or complex system, and also used for the inner ear.
लैटिन “labyrinthus” और यूनानी “labýrinthos” से; मूलतः मिथक की क्रीट वाली भूलभुलैयाँ (मिनोटॉर से जुड़ी) के लिए प्रयुक्त, बाद में किसी भी जटिल भूलभुलैयाँ/व्यवस्था के अर्थ में विस्तृत हुआ और कान के अंदरूनी भाग के लिए भी प्रयोग होने लगा।

“Labyrinths” is the plural form of “labyrinth,” meaning mazes or maze-like structures, and by extension any complex, confusing arrangement; it can also refer to the inner-ear structure called the labyrinth, and in myth to the Cretan Labyrinth that held the Minotaur.
