From juicy + the noun-forming suffix -ness; juicy comes from juice, from Old French jus (“juice, broth”), from Latin iūs (“broth, sauce, juice”).

Juiciness is the quality of having a lot of juice or moisture, especially in foods like fruits and meats, making them taste rich and fresh; it can also be used figuratively for something vivid or highly interesting.
