From the verb interview (originally from French entrevue ‘a meeting, seeing each other’), later used in English for a formal question-and-answer meeting; interviewing is the present participle/gerund form.
यह क्रिया interview से बना है, जिसका मूल फ्रेंच entrevue (‘मुलाकात/आमना-सामना’) है; अंग्रेज़ी में यह औपचारिक प्रश्नोत्तर बैठक (साक्षात्कार) के अर्थ में विकसित हुआ। interviewing इसका वर्तमान कृदंत/gerund रूप है।
Definition
Interviewing is the act of asking someone questions in a structured way to gather information (e.g., for a job, research, news, or a legal case), or the act of attending such a meeting as a candidate or participant.
इंटरव्यूइंग का अर्थ है किसी व्यक्ति से व्यवस्थित/औपचारिक ढंग से प्रश्न पूछकर जानकारी जुटाना (जैसे नौकरी, शोध, समाचार या कानूनी मामले में), या उम्मीदवार/भागीदार के रूप में ऐसे साक्षात्कार में शामिल होना।
