Definition
Instigative describes something that encourages or provokes people to act—often by stirring emotions, agitation, or conflict. It can be neutral (prompting action) but is frequently used for negative contexts such as inciting unrest or violence.
Instigative का अर्थ है ऐसी चीज़ जो लोगों को किसी कार्य के लिए उकसाए या भड़काए—अक्सर भावनाएँ, उत्तेजना या टकराव बढ़ाकर। यह कभी-कभी तटस्थ (कार्रवाई के लिए प्रेरित करने) में भी हो सकता है, लेकिन प्रायः नकारात्मक संदर्भों में (जैसे अशांति या हिंसा भड़काना) प्रयुक्त होता है।
