Definition
To insource means to shift work, services, or production that was done by an outside vendor back to the company’s own employees or internal teams, often to reduce costs, improve control, protect data, or increase quality.
insource का अर्थ है किसी काम/सेवा/उत्पादन को जो पहले बाहरी एजेंसी/विक्रेता से कराया जा रहा था, उसे वापस अपनी ही कंपनी के कर्मचारियों या आंतरिक टीमों के माध्यम से कराना—अक्सर लागत घटाने, नियंत्रण बढ़ाने, डेटा की सुरक्षा, या गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिए।
