Definition
Inherency refers to an essential quality or condition that belongs naturally to something and cannot be separated from it; in law it can mean a power or attribute that exists by virtue of an office or status.
Inherency (अंतर्निहितता/स्वाभाविक अंतर्निहित गुण) का अर्थ है किसी वस्तु/व्यक्ति/स्थिति में स्वाभाविक रूप से मौजूद वह अनिवार्य गुण या अवस्था जिसे उससे अलग नहीं किया जा सकता; विधि-क्षेत्र में यह किसी पद या स्थिति के कारण स्वयंसिद्ध शक्ति/विशेषता भी हो सकती है।
