Definition
Herniation is the protrusion or displacement of an organ, tissue, or part (commonly a spinal disc) through an opening or weak area in the surrounding wall or supporting structure, which may compress nearby nerves and cause pain, numbness, or weakness.
हर्निएशन वह स्थिति है जिसमें कोई अंग, ऊतक या उसका भाग (अक्सर रीढ़ की डिस्क) अपने सामान्य स्थान/आवरण की कमजोर जगह या छिद्र से बाहर की ओर निकल आता है, जिससे पास की नसों पर दबाव पड़ सकता है और दर्द, सुन्नपन या कमजोरी हो सकती है।
