Definition
A guarantor is someone who gives a formal promise to cover another person's debt, loan, rent, or legal/contractual obligation if that person does not meet the terms.
गारंटर वह व्यक्ति या संस्था होती है जो औपचारिक रूप से यह वचन देती है कि यदि मूल पक्ष ऋण, किराया या किसी अनुबंध/कानूनी दायित्व को पूरा नहीं करेगा, तो वह उसकी जिम्मेदारी निभाएगी या भुगतान करेगी।
