Definition
Groovy describes something that has grooves (long narrow channels) on its surface; in informal modern usage it can also mean "excellent, cool, enjoyable" (especially associated with 1960s–70s slang). A rarer sense is "set in one's ways," meaning fixed in habits and not easily changed.
Groovy का अर्थ किसी सतह पर बने खाँचे/नालियाँ (लंबी पतली धारियाँ) होना है; बोलचाल में इसका अर्थ "बहुत बढ़िया, कूल, मज़ेदार" भी होता है (खासकर 1960–70 के स्लैंग से जुड़ा)। एक कम प्रचलित अर्थ "अपनी ही आदतों में जमे रहना" भी है, यानी बदलाव के लिए तैयार न होना।
