Definition
A funnel is typically a cone-shaped utensil with a narrow tube used to pour liquids or powders into a container with a small opening; by extension it can mean any passage that narrows flow, and as a verb it means to channel, narrow, or direct something (like traffic, money, or attention).
फ़नल आम तौर पर शंकु-आकार का उपकरण होता है जिसके नीचे संकीर्ण नली होती है, जिससे तरल या पाउडर/दानेदार पदार्थ को छोटे मुँह वाले बर्तन में आसानी से डाला जाता है; विस्तार से यह किसी ऐसे मार्ग/आकार को भी कहते हैं जो बहाव को संकरा करता है, और क्रिया के रूप में इसका अर्थ किसी चीज़ (जैसे ट्रैफ़िक, पैसा, ध्यान) को एक दिशा में मोड़ना/संकीर्ण करना/केन्द्रित करना होता है।
