Foreseeability means how likely it is that a future event, outcome, or harm could be predicted in advance by a reasonable person; in legal contexts it helps determine responsibility or negligence.
Foreseeability का अर्थ है कि कोई भविष्य की घटना, परिणाम या नुकसान एक ‘सामान्य समझ वाले व्यक्ति’ द्वारा पहले से कितनी हद तक अनुमानित/पूर्वानुमेय था; कानूनी संदर्भों में यह उत्तरदायित्व या लापरवाही तय करने में मदद करता है।
