Definition
To cause a person, object, or institution to take on characteristics culturally associated with women; also, to increase female participation or representation in a field or process.
किसी व्यक्ति, वस्तु या संस्था को ऐसे गुणों/भूमिकाओं की ओर ले जाना जो सांस्कृतिक रूप से स्त्रियों से जोड़े जाते हैं; किसी क्षेत्र या प्रक्रिया में महिलाओं की भागीदारी/प्रतिनिधित्व बढ़ाना भी।
