Definition
Extractability refers to how easily and how much of a component can be taken out from a material or mixture using a chosen method (e.g., solvent extraction, leaching). It is often discussed in chemistry, materials science, and food/pharma processing and depends on factors like solvent type, temperature, time, particle size, and binding strength.
एक्सट्रैक्टेबिलिटी (निष्कर्षण-क्षमता) का अर्थ है किसी पदार्थ/मिश्रण से किसी घटक को किसी विधि (जैसे सॉल्वेंट एक्सट्रैक्शन, लीचिंग) द्वारा कितनी आसानी से और कितनी मात्रा में निकाला जा सकता है। यह रसायन, पदार्थ-विज्ञान तथा खाद्य/फार्मा प्रसंस्करण में प्रचलित है और सॉल्वेंट, तापमान, समय, कण-आकार तथा बंधन-शक्ति जैसे कारकों पर निर्भर करती है।
