Definition
Eru is the name of an edible leafy plant, especially in Cameroon and nearby regions, whose shredded leaves are cooked (often with palm oil, meat or fish) to make the dish also called 'eru'.
एरू एक खाने योग्य पत्तेदार पौधे का नाम है, खासकर कैमरून और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में, जिसके कद्दूकस/कतरकर पत्तों को (अक्सर पाम तेल, मांस या मछली के साथ) पकाकर 'एरू' नाम का ही व्यंजन बनाया जाता है।
