Definition
Able to be electrolyzed—i.e., it can be broken down into components by passing an electric current through it (typically in a molten state or in solution, where ions can move).
विद्युत-अपघट्य—अर्थात जिसका विद्युत-अपघटन किया जा सके; आमतौर पर द्रवित अवस्था या विलयन में (जहाँ आयन गतिशील हों) विद्युत धारा प्रवाहित करने पर जो पदार्थ अपने घटकों में टूट/विघटित हो सके।
