Definition
Delamination is the failure or separation of bonded layers within a composite or laminated material (such as plywood, paint films, coatings, or carbon-fiber parts), often caused by stress, impact, fatigue, moisture ingress, poor adhesion, or manufacturing defects.
डीलैमिनेशन (परत-वियोजन) किसी लैमिनेटेड/कम्पोज़िट सामग्री (जैसे प्लाईवुड, पेंट की परतें, कोटिंग, या कार्बन-फाइबर भाग) में चिपकी हुई परतों का टूटकर अलग हो जाना है; यह तनाव, आघात, थकान, नमी का प्रवेश, कमजोर चिपकाव या निर्माण-दोष के कारण हो सकता है।
