Decomposability is the property that allows a whole to be separated into smaller, simpler components (e.g., a material into substances, a problem into subproblems, or a function/matrix into factors).
अपघटनीयता वह गुण है जिसके कारण किसी संपूर्ण वस्तु/प्रणाली को छोटे, सरल घटकों में विभाजित किया जा सकता है (जैसे किसी पदार्थ को घटकों में, किसी समस्या को उप-समस्याओं में, या किसी फलन/मैट्रिक्स को गुणनखण्डों में)।
