Definition
Cryptocarpic describes plants in which the fruiting/reproductive bodies are concealed or enclosed (often within tissue or underground), so the “fruit” is not conspicuously exposed.
क्रिप्टोकार्पिक (वनस्पति-विज्ञान) उन पौधों के लिए कहा जाता है जिनके फलन/प्रजनन अंग छिपे या आवृत रहते हैं (अक्सर ऊतकों के भीतर या भूमिगत), इसलिए “फल” स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई नहीं देता।
