Crosshatching is a drawing/engraving technique where two or more sets of parallel lines are drawn over each other at different angles to create shading, texture, or depth; it can also mean marking or filling an area with such intersecting lines.
क्रॉसहैचिंग चित्रांकन/उत्कीर्णन की एक तकनीक है जिसमें समानांतर रेखाओं के दो या अधिक समूह अलग-अलग कोणों पर एक-दूसरे को काटते हुए बनाए जाते हैं ताकि छाया, बनावट या गहराई दिखाई दे; इसका अर्थ किसी क्षेत्र को ऐसी प्रतिछेदित रेखाओं से चिह्नित/भरना भी होता है।
