From Latin coronarius (“of a crown”), from corona (“crown”); in anatomy, applied to vessels that encircle the heart like a crown.
लैटिन coronarius (“मुकुट से संबंधित”), corona (“मुकुट”) से; शरीर रचना में यह उन रक्तवाहिनियों के लिए प्रयुक्त हुआ जो हृदय को मुकुट की तरह घेरती हैं।
Definition
Relating to the arteries that encircle and supply blood to the heart muscle, or (more generally) crown-shaped/encircling. Common in medical terms such as coronary artery disease.
हृदय की मांसपेशियों को रक्त पहुँचाने वाली धमनियों (कोरोनरी धमनियाँ) से संबंधित; या (अधिक सामान्य अर्थ में) मुकुट-जैसा/घेरने वाला। यह अक्सर ‘coronary artery disease’ जैसे चिकित्सीय पदों में आता है।
