Definition
A condo is a housing unit (often an apartment) that you own individually, while shared spaces like hallways, elevators, gardens, parking, and amenities are owned and maintained collectively through a condominium association and monthly fees.
कॉन्डो (कॉनडोमिनियम) एक ऐसा आवासीय यूनिट (अक्सर अपार्टमेंट) होता है जिसका मालिकाना हक़ व्यक्ति के पास होता है, जबकि गलियारे, लिफ्ट, बगीचा, पार्किंग और सुविधाएँ जैसी साझा जगहें मिलकर (कॉनडो एसोसिएशन के माध्यम से) संयुक्त रूप से स्वामित्व व रख-रखाव में होती हैं और इसके लिए आम तौर पर मासिक शुल्क देना पड़ता है।
