Definition
A communicator is someone who conveys information clearly to others, or a tool/device that enables communication (such as a portable communication device or an assistive speech/display device for people with disabilities).
communicator वह व्यक्ति या वस्तु है जो जानकारी दूसरों तक प्रभावी ढंग से पहुँचाता/पहुंचाती है; यह एक उपकरण/डिवाइस भी हो सकता है जो संचार संभव बनाता है (जैसे पोर्टेबल कम्युनिकेशन डिवाइस या विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए सहायक स्पीच/डिस्प्ले डिवाइस)।
