Definition
Closedness refers to the condition of being shut or not open, and more broadly to limited openness or accessibility (socially, emotionally, institutionally). In mathematics (especially topology), it is the property of a set that contains all its limit points, meaning it includes its boundary.
Closedness का अर्थ है बंद होने की अवस्था या गुण; व्यापक रूप से यह खुलापन या पहुँच (सामाजिक, भावनात्मक, संस्थागत) की कमी को भी दर्शाता है। गणित (विशेषकर टोपोलॉजी) में यह किसी समुच्चय का वह गुण है कि वह अपने सभी सीमा/सन्निकट (limit) बिंदुओं को समाहित करता है, यानी वह अपनी सीमा (boundary) सहित होता है।
