Definition
To circumscribe means (1) to draw a line around something so it is enclosed, and (2) to limit the range, power, or scope of something; in mathematics, it can mean drawing the smallest enclosing circle/sphere around a figure.
Circumscribe का अर्थ है (1) किसी चीज़ के चारों ओर रेखा/सीमा खींचकर उसे घेरना, और (2) किसी चीज़ की सीमा तय करके उसकी शक्ति, दायरा या कार्य-क्षेत्र को संकुचित/प्रतिबंधित करना; गणित में यह किसी आकृति को घेरने वाला न्यूनतम वृत्त/गोला बनाना भी हो सकता है।
