Definition
Cellulitis is an acute bacterial infection of the skin and subcutaneous tissues, typically causing redness, swelling, warmth, tenderness, and sometimes fever; it often enters through a cut, crack, insect bite, or wound and needs medical treatment.
सेल्यूलाइटिस त्वचा और उसके नीचे के ऊतकों (सबक्यूटेनियस) का तीव्र बैक्टीरियल संक्रमण है, जिसमें आमतौर पर लालिमा, सूजन, गर्माहट, दर्द/कोमलता और कभी-कभी बुखार होता है; यह अक्सर कट, दरार, कीट-डंक या घाव से प्रवेश करता है और चिकित्सा उपचार की आवश्यकता होती है।
