Cannulation is a medical procedure in which a cannula (a thin tube) is inserted into a vein, artery, or other body passage to provide access for infusion, sampling, monitoring, or drainage.
कैन्यूलेशन एक चिकित्सीय प्रक्रिया है जिसमें कैन्युला (पतली नली) को नस, धमनी या शरीर के किसी अन्य मार्ग में डाला जाता है ताकि द्रव/दवा देना, नमूना लेना, निगरानी करना या निकासी (ड्रेनेज) जैसी चिकित्सीय सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध हो सकें।
